Our business predominantly focuses on boutique luxury apartments and exclusively designed architectural homes extending to residential subdivisions and mixed-use developments.

The Concept

Our business model operates without confines, as our in-house skillset allows us to:

–  Conduct extensive detailed risk analysis and feasibility studies to assess forward-thinking development opportunities.

–  Open and acquire new sites, either through direct purchase or option agreements.

–  Amalgamate properties either through individual or collective negotiations (Torrens title lots Vs strata’d lots).

–  Manage the planning process through to maximised outcomes via our excellent relationships with Local Councils, State and Federal planning  authorities.

–  Project manage the construction phase.

–  Development manage the project through to completion, marketing and settlement.

Naturally, we are supported through all of the above processes by a network of outstanding professionals, covering all the bases in terms of community consultation, town planning, legal, accounting, marketing, architectural and related consultants.
